Strong Mother Movement is about finding your confidence in who you are as a woman and feeling empowered in a community where it is safe to be your truest self.
It is designed for the woman who is tired of feeling suffocated by her amazing mom life and unwilling to give into constant anxiety-filled comparison.
It will require a commitment to yourself— a commitment to love, honor, and respect yourself throughout the journey.

After birth the birth of my son, I felt I had gained the most precious thing in my life, yet completely lost myself. I felt that my whole world depended on me and that no one had time for me to take a moment for myself. I felt suffocated by mom life and ashamed for my feelings.
I found yoga because I was searching for something that would help quiet the anxiety filled lies. I learned that setting boundaries and listening to my body is one of the best ways to take care of myself. I also learned that I am worthy of love, kindness, and how to rest. I learned to love myself well.
I believe in movement, the power of our breath, and the truth the body is good. When we look in the mirror we should feel empowered not shame or disappointment. I have been where you are and I’m telling you there is another way.
