This 12 week program is designed for women who are over fad diets, body hating exercise programs, and demanding perfect before you have even started. It is about finding your confidence in who you are as a woman and being unwilling to give into constant anxiety-filled comparison.
It will require a commitment to yourself— a commitment to love, respect and show up to do the hard work. By the end of twelve weeks you will have connected to your body and heart in a way you didn’t know was possible. When you will know how to celebrate the woman you see in the mirror.

I am a 200 hour certified yoga teacher, 85 hour certified prenatal yoga teacher, and Postpartum Exercise Specialist. I pursued all of those certifications because I am a woman who has experienced the frustrating body changes that come with pregnancy and struggled with postpartum healing. I do not have all the answers and I am still pursuing my own health, but I do know that I have something to give you. I believe you deserve more education, coaching, and tools to help support your strength during pregnancy and postpartum.
I created Strong Mother Movement because it is everything I wish I had during pregnancy and immediately postpartum. I don’t want any woman to have to go through birth blind to what her body is experiencing. Neither do I want her to wade through core exercises postpartum that cause more injury instead of healing it.
I am passionate about supporting women as they prepare physically, emotionally, and mentally for birth. I want them to feel empowered in their labor experience. After birth, I want to actively coach them through rebuilding foundational strength postpartum so they can live life as a STRONG MOM.
